In this role, you will help bridge the gap between policy intent and digital delivery, ensuring that national tools and platforms are effective, user-friendly, and strategically aligned with government priorities.
Working within a fast-paced Section, you will support the management and enhancement of key national digital platforms and decision-support tools. This role is at the heart of a major reform agenda aimed at reducing system fragmentation and improving outcomes for help-seekers across Australia.
Your work will directly respond to high-level inquiries and sector-led recommendations, turning strategic reports into functional, integrated digital solutions.
Policy Development: Contribute to the design and development of new digital policies and guidance materials.
Procurement & Contract Management: Prepare and oversee procurement activities and grants in strict accordance with Commonwealth Procurement Rules (CPRs).
Stakeholder Liaison: Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including service providers and industry experts.
Briefing & Correspondence: Draft high-quality ministerial briefs, corporate documentation, and complex correspondence.
Project Delivery: Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), data analysis, and the implementation of tool adaptations to ensure continuous improvement of digital assets.
